CONDITIONED RESPONSES
Are Your Core Belief System
By Sarah Simmons

The moment you are conceived the building of your belief system begins.

Your initial experiences, and emotional experiences and reactions form a bank of associative feelings, judgments and reactions that result in you forming beliefs, both positive and negative about whatever you encounter or think about.

I liken this process to a computer software program encoded with data that tells the mind what action steps to take, such as fight or flight, good or bad, pleasure or pain.

In this lecture you will discover why you believe and act the way you do.

Your belief system will determine your expressed capabilities and perceived failures or lack thereof.

Your level of confidence is established as a result of your childhood thoughts, feelings, words and deeds. Can you change them? Is the change temporary or permanent? What parameters enables you to make changes?

Your emotional state is triggered, sustained and run by your conditioned responses. Learn how to change your emotions by changing your thoughts. To do so requires effort on your part.

While thoughts determine your experiences I humbly believe it is conditioned responses that influence, impact and control what your think and how you think.

In truth thoughts and conditioned responses are inexplicably interlinked with each other; one aspect triggers the other into perpetual chains of thoughts and events that cycle round and round.

Learn why the earliest events and reactions in your life form the foundation for your experiences and status of living and life for your entire life. Discover how to make changes in your belief system and thus change your life.

Where you have failed in life can be traced to your childhood. Where you have succeeded in life can be traced to your childhood. If you want to change your life you must change your thoughts, emotional reactions and behavior. To achieve such changes requires you identify what your basic self- image really is and ascertain the range of your capabilities, both your “can” and “cannot” beliefs, “have” and “have not” beliefs, “will “ and “will not” beliefs.

You will journey into the roadmap of your mind and learn how it compartmentalizes information based on its conditioned responses. Would it shock you to realize your mind adds and subtracts information and data from events and experiences on a daily basis just to maintain status quo within its core beliefs, your conditioned responses.

Conditioned responses provide a point of reference for the mind to use in its judgment functions, a vital aspect that assists the mind to keep you alive.

This information can help you morph into a new you rather than exist as the one embedded in restricted powers and limitations. The changing of your thoughts is highly beneficial but difficult to maintain. For long lasting change one’s conditioned responses must be identified and collapsed to effect sustained changes.

Get in touch with the current you then change to the REAL you, the divine part of you with omnipotent powers. If you want to live life to the fullest you must reprogram your beliefs and approaches to life.
