Your Application to

Become Authorized for

A Non-Profit Status by the IRS.

In class you will “Fill Out” An Application for Recognition of Exemption or a NON Profit Organization that is also known as a Public Charity by the IRS.

This Application and Information is specific for a 501(c)(3) Classification .

You will need to create approximately 25-30 addendums for this form and request as submitted to the IRS. Specifically you will fill out form 1023 for IRS Exemption Status and Schedule A if you are forming a nonprofit organization AKA a church.

This application is very detailed and requires an extensive amount of defined information.

You can complete your application in class, along with the others that attend this class.

As such you will need to do some preparation for this class and must be pre-enrolled to know what you must do.

Many documents will be created in class including your Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.

You will be fully engaged the entire two days to complete this application.

Note: This application is only needed by someone that desires to start their own

Church.

The application process could easily take 120 hours to complete.

In class there is a structure and process to be follow.

A few details may be gathered by you before class begins which is why it is essential you pre-enroll to class.

Class size is limited so that I can help each individually and as a group.

Bring your laptop to do the application. Wireless and Wired service is available in the classroom and provided as part of the seminar.

◇ March 15 and 16, 2011 10AM to 6PM.

■ Breakfast and Lunch included plus morning and afternoon snacks.

■ You should bring your laptop. Wired and Wireless Service is available in the classroom for you to access the internet..

■ Breakfast, Lunch and two snacks are included in the price of the seminar.
